In order to ensure the best results and customer satisfaction possible, Peterson Ray & Company employs its own “5–D Process” for each project:

  1. Discover: Gathering facts and understanding the problem is the first step to communicating successfully.
  2. Define: Converting the facts into a strategy gives the design a place to go where it will be most effective.
  3. Design: Great design is simply the manifestation of a solid strategy converted into visual communication.
  4. Deliver: Proper execution of an idea is the final step to ensure a seamless transition to great results.
  5. Debrief: After a project is complete, we analyze it at no cost to you so that we may better serve you in the future.
